How we handle the information you share with Passion & Prose.

What we collect
When you submit a form on this website (a chapter request, a chapter application, a partnership, media or author inquiry, a general message, or the newsletter signup), we receive the details you type in: your name, email address, city and state or outlet, and your message. We do not ask for payment information, and this website does not take payments.
How we use it
We use your information only to reply to you, to connect you with a chapter, to plan and follow up on events, and, if you sign up, to send you the Passion & Prose newsletter. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Who sees it
Your message goes to the Passion & Prose organizers. When you ask to join or start a chapter, it may also be shared with the leader of that chapter so they can follow up. We use an email delivery service to send each submission to us, and this site is hosted by Vercel. The details you send through any form are also saved in our contact system, run by Brevo, so organizers can follow up with you and keep track of who asked about what. We send the newsletter only to people who sign up for it. Those providers handle your information only to deliver it and keep the site running.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not currently use advertising cookies or analytics. It remembers one display preference, the accessible mode setting, on your own device. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your device's IP address when a page loads.
Links to other sites
This website links to other sites, including Instagram, TikTok, Magnolia Meadow Farms' ticketing page, and Amazon. Book links on the Book Club page are affiliate links, so Passion & Prose may earn a small commission on purchases at no extra cost to you. Each of those sites has its own privacy practices, which we do not control.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information you have sent us, or to remove you from the newsletter. Email passionprosebookclub@gmail.com and we will take care of it.
Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
